At North Jacklin Nissan we aim to deliver the highest level of service to our customers at all times and in all situations.
We are a proud member of the community and as everyone deals with the challenges of Coronavirus (COVID-19) I want to reassure you that while we remain open the following measures and alternative arrangements are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of customers and staff.
Hygiene and Cleaning
Sales desks, reception desks, waiting areas, EFTPOS terminals, chairs, door handles etc are being cleaned on a regular basis throughout the day.
All Departments have been supplied with hand sanitiser which is available for both customers and staff to use.
Every vehicle has been sanitised and will be sanitised again after each use.
Each Department has had social distancing measures put in place with either markings on the ground or seats spread to the required distance apart.
Courtesy buses are still running, but now have a limit of 1 customer per trip.
Deliveries - We are still able to deliver vehicles recently purchased from our Showroom floors, if you wish though, we can organise the delivery of your vehicle at your home.
Test Drives - If you wish to visit us in person you have the option to test drive a vehicle alone or with a member of staff. If you are staying at home, we can take the vehicle to or we can create a video presentation of the vehicle and send it through to you via email.
Courtesy Bus - This service is still running but limited to only 1 customer per trip.
Vehicle Drop Off/Pick Up - You can either drop your vehicle off to us or one of our staff can pick it up and return it to you at either your home or workplace.
Vehicle Service - Our technicians are taking extra precautions while servicing and test driving your vehicle.After the completion of the service, your vehicle’s door handle, steering wheel, gear lever and anything else that has been touched will be sanitised.
Along with the above we've also made an operational decision that our Parts Department will no longer be opening on Saturday mornings. It will remain open though for all your parts related needs Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
This is a challenging time for all of us but we will continue to closely monitor the situation and remain committed to providing you with the highest level of service possible.
